Legal – Shipping Policy

The postage cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process.

 

IMPORTANT:

Missing Accessories: All items received must be checked and see if there is a missing item/accessory. Missing item claims must be lodged within 30 days after the item is delivered.

Item Doesn’t Arrive in 30 days: All orders will be processed within 1 business day. The parcel shall reach you within 3 weeks max. If you did not receive your order in 30 days, please contact us immediately to track the parcel.

If you are located in the metro area, you should consider contacting us if your order does not turn up in 3 weeks’ time. Otherwise, the parcel could be bounced back to us due to 14 days of holding in your LPO. Also, it is easier to track the parcel earlier.

 

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost varies depending on the weight, packing dimension, location, and product category. All shipping costs will be calculated after the full shipping address is entered.

Shipping zones are classified as below:

2000 – 2199,  2600 – 2700

3000 – 3199

4000 – 4199

5000 – 5199

6000 – 6199

7000 – 7199, 7800 – 7899

EXPRESS POST option is available for urgent orders and will be sent via Australian Post Express Post or TNT Road Express.

The final postage costs and options will be displayed on the checkout page.

International shipping cost varies a lot by location.

 

Self Pickup

Self-pickup in person is available. For buyers who intend to self-pick up, payment must be made only when picking up goods.

Advanced payment for self-pickup orders is not suggested. In case the buyer is not aware of this, identity document(s) such as a Driver’s License showing the same address in the order, is required and will be recorded, as proof of delivery (POD).

 

Order Processing Time

The order will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date when full payment is cleared. The majority of orders will be dispatched within the same business day or the next business day if the order is confirmed by noontime, except during peak periods such as approaching long weekends, public holidays, Christmas and New Year holidays, etc.

 

Express Service (priority)

By selecting express post service during checkout, express orders will be prioritised and handled immediately. Express orders confirmed by noon will be packed and booked the same day or the next business day.

 

Delivery In Person

In some cases, orders could be delivered by our staff instead of using the postal service.

 

Local Delivery

Free shipping is available on some products to metro areas. The free shipping option will be shown in the Shipping Method section during checkout if the order meets the free shipping criteria.

 

International Postal

International purchases incur discounted postage costs where we subsidize part of the postage to designated countries. For buyers from countries not available in defined countries, please contact us before purchasing.

 

Delivery Lead time

Delivery lead time estimation was created from previous delivery records and is just for your reference only, not guaranteed. Delivery lead time depends on the postal carrier. Please purchase with a sufficient delivery allowance and utilize the Express option when necessary.

Delivery Info

The purchase will be delivered to your Shipping Address or Payment gateway registered address only.

Delivery Tracking

Parcel tracking info can be found in the buyer’s account section. A user account will be created during checkout, you may use your email address to log in when you want to access your account. You may need to use the password recovery feature the first time if you do not have a password to log in.

 

Delivery Issues

Buyers can specify their preferred postal service provider and reimburse the additional postage cost if they do not trust the postal service we selected. Our primary postal service providers are Australia Post, Courier Please, Aramex, Toll, TNT.

We are not responsible for any faults by postal service providers.

Damage & Lost In Transit: We carefully packed all orders to prevent possible damage in transit. In rare cases, if a parcel is damaged or lost in transit, we will lodge a claim with the postal service provider. This process could take approximately a month.

A replacement will be dispatched ONLY when the investigation by the postal service provider is completed and compensated.

Delays: We do not operate a logistic service, thus we are not in a position to make any guarantee on the logistic process and handling. We can guarantee that we dispatch your order within 1 business day in the majority of cases in stock items. For any exception, we will notify the buyer immediately.

 

Partial Shipment

For orders with partial availability, they will be shipped either partially or pending the availability of new stock and will arrive within a week, at our discretion. Dependent items# will not be partially shipped.

The buyer can cancel the back-order item anytime before dispatch if decides not to wait, by sending a request to [email protected] stating the Invoice Number as a reference.

 

IMPORTANT

The buyer should contact us if an order doesn’t arrive for over 2 weeks (3 weeks for regional areas) after payment was made, and without receiving any notification from us. This could happen when the parcel is held in the Local Post Office or depot due to unattended delivery, and the buyer failed to receive a collection card.

Failing to do so may cause the uncollected parcel to be returned to us. There will be an additional re-delivery cost and the buyer shall cover such cost in this case.
