    Poor description of product with incorrect measurements of tray, which was important in my application. Once I highlighted the error they quickly corrected the web site. However, they ignored my request for a replacement or refund. Their loss – if the tray was as advertised I would have ordered many dozens of them for a commercial greenhouse.
